Start your weekend with an allround yoga practice strengthening, challenging, rebalancing and invigorating your body and mind inside and out

About this event

This practice is suitable for everyone, new and seasoned yoga practitioners alike. We practice classical yoga poses in a slowly flowing pace, and vary the sequence week by week.

HATHA YOGA consists of three main pillars which we we'll practice and explore on a weekly basis:

  1. ASANA | Physical, dynamic postures which are weaved in together in a slowpaced flow synchronising and following the breath
  2. BREATH WORK | Breathing exercises of cleansing and purifing nature, that stregthens and empowers, as well as fosters sharper focus and attentiveness
  3. MEDITATION | Shorter meditation practice in either stillness and silence, or following a guided meditation

No previous experience required. Only a willingness and openness is required to join on the yoga mat.

Welcome to reconnect with the body, sharpen the mind, and open the heart in this lighthearted Hatha Yoga together with Jenni who guides the practice and her husband Chris who usually demonstrates the poses.
