Hatha Yoga & Meditation: Ancient Practices for Modern Life
Overview
A dedicated yoga practitioner for many years, Elise completed her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, in March 2025. Drawing on this rich experience, she now teaches authentic Hatha yoga in the traditional Indian style.
In this session, Elise will guide you through a gentle Hatha yoga practice that harmonises breath and movement, followed by a calming meditation and pranayama (breathwork).
These practices offer powerful tools to ease the stresses of modern life and support mental and emotional wellbeing.
Please bring with you:
- Yoga mat
- Comfortable clothing
- Water bottle
- Cosy blanket for Savasana
- An open heart and mind ❤️
Please note that due to the location of the practice, the space is not accessible due to being up some flights of stairs.
Parking is available on-street free for up to 3 hours.
