Fully Funded Online Hatha Yoga Practise

About this Event

Join Jacqui for a relaxing hatha yoga practise on a Monday evening .

Take time for yourself and your body and set your peaceful intention for the week.

You will need space on the floor and possibly a cushion to make some poses more comfortable. The session lasts 90 minutes and combines movement, breathing and mindfulness to release stress and anxiety.

This session is intended to support your wellbeing but most importantly to be enjoyed!

This session is free for you - places have been fully funded by generous donations from The Oli Leigh Trust, The Louis Ross Foundation and the Costco Trust.

Here at OLLIE, we understand that sometimes you may prefer to join our session anonymously and that’s fine by us. You are more than welcome to have your camera off and audio muted throughout, freeing you up to simply relax whilst we guide you through the session.
