Hauser & Wirth Somerset | Learning Group Bookings

Pre-booking is essential for all learning group visits. To inquire about a learning group visit, please email hwsomersetlearning@hauserwirth.com at least three weeks in advance of your proposed date and we will send you the relevant booking form. We welcome learning groups at the gallery Tuesday – Friday.

Learning groups include:

• Schools
• Universities
• Community groups
• Adult learners

What is a Learning Group Visit?
Learning group visits at Hauser & Wirth Somerset are designed to encourage active exploration of our exhibitions and connection with the artist's work. Visits will consist of an interactive tour of Hauser & Wirth Somerset and our current exhibitions. The group visits are led by members of our Learning Team and can be tailored to meet the specific needs, interests and learning objectives of each visiting group.

Learning Group Size
We handle group bookings on a case-by-case basis, please email hwsomersetlearning@hauserwirth.com to discuss your specific class numbers and requirements. The recommended ratio of school staff or adult helpers to students is 1:5 (aged 5 – 6), 1:10 (aged 7 – 10) and 1:15 (aged 11 – 18).

Access
We strive to make our learning program as inclusive as possible and look forward to welcoming groups with special educational needs and/or disabilities. All public areas are accessible for wheelchair users. We recommend informing us of any relevant special educational needs and/or disabilities via email ahead of the visit.
