Make Hauser & Wirth Somerset

Make Hauser & Wirth Somerset remains open, and is thrilled to present two new exhibitions.

‘The Impossibility of Repetition’ brings together the work of three ceramicists, Florian Gadsby, Jin Eui Kim and Jaejun Lee, for whom the virtues and importance of repetition are fundamental to their practice.

‘Transference’ presents sculptures and wall works by Alexander deVol, inspired by the fluency of fractal patterns in nature and informed by the tacit motions of his everyday studio practice. DeVol states, ‘My works are imbued with the complimentary intentions of nature and the human hand; the dynamic relationship between material and maker’.

The exhibitions run until 3 July 2021.
