About this event

This is a chance to join our Shoresearch volunteers and learn about our intertidal surveys to see if it's right for you. We're out every month in three hub areas documenting what we see on shore to build a vital baseline and help to record changes.

This event is for 16+ yrs only. Please wear clothes appropriate for the weather and kneeling on a wet shore area, boots or wellies are the most suitable footwear.

There are toilets close to shore in the large carpark at the back of the main beach. The shore is undulating and very rocky with algae-covered rocks and rockpools in the survey area. Access to the shore is down a slipway and across pebbles and a slippery rocky shore area.

No dogs.

The event organiser speaks conversational Welsh, please feel free to use Welsh or English during this event.
