How much do you talk to your clients? What if I told you to not talk so much?
Feel the need to "sell" what you do? What if I told you you could sell without "selling"?
This taster workshop is for anyone who runs their own business, or who has a sales or business development role, and who wants to know how to have conversations with clients that feel natural, develop a genuine relationship AND boost their chance of getting business and repeat business.
We will look at:
- How you can remain in better control of your conversations with clients and prospects
- How you can find out what your clients and prospects really want
- What you don't need to do to hold a constructive conversation with a client or a prospect
- What you can do instead to make them feel they need you more than you need them
Come along and be ready to get stuck in to this fast-paced and interactive session that will leave you with simple tools to have better conversations that really matter.
The session is being run by Work Bubbles in partnership with 1 Stop Insurance and will follow on from the Sutton and Mitcham 4N networking breakfast on 9th May, kindly hosted by Mitcham Golf Club. It is open for all - you do not need to be a 4N member to join us. The cost includes teas and coffees (we might throw in some biscuits too!) and a £1.21 admin fee passed on to Eventbrite.
