Please join Democrats Abroad UK Policy Network & Resolutions Committee (PNR) for a talk by Prof. Frances Moore of the Department of Environmental Science and Policy at UC Davis. Prof. Moore specializes in the intersection of environmental economics and climate science. Her research interests include the social and economic impacts of climate change, agriculture and food security and climate change policy and adaptation.

In her talk to DAUK, Prof. Moore will give an update on progress toward the climate goals outlined in the Paris Agreement, her work in climate change cost analysis and emerging strategies in climate change mitigation in California and other leading regions.

Prof. Moore holds a Ph.D. from the Emmett Interdisciplinary Program in Environment and Resources at Stanford University.

Doors open at 6:00 pm with talk starting at 6:30 pm.
