Join Claire Stone Nutrition for a series workshops – a fun and memorable opportunity to discover the keys to boosting your health and business without taking over your life. The workshops are fast and fun - designed for people like you who don't have time to go to workshops. Claire will help you understand how you can have your cake and eat it so that you become a real asset for your business!

Workshop 1: Energy for Entrepreneurs (9th May)
Understand how to get more energy from the foods you eat, so that you can avoid the mid-afternoon slump and still have enough energy by the end of the day to enjoy your life outside of your business. Have enough energy for whatever exercise or sport you do so you can get the most from it, and not be at the mercy of cravings, or injuries afterwards.
Workshop 2: Focus for Productivity (15th June)
A workshop to help you look after your most prized possession – your brain. Learn what it needs to be able to focus and concentrate all day long, and be at its most creative just when you need it. Also, discover how to deal with the stresses and strains of daily life to keep your mental health in tip top shape no matter how crazy your business gets.
Workshop 3: Recharge Your Business Mojo (12th July)
Discover how food affects your sleep, and how your sleep affects your food choices and learn what to do about both. See how cravings can be reduced without constantly testing your willpower, and understand the importance of how you eat, rather than just what you eat. Overall, discover how to get the best out of your food without having to change much at all!
