This in-person event will be held at The Mercury Shopping Centre, where local businesses will come together to showcase their products and services. The Mercury has its own car park and can be reached by following the postcode RM1 3EE. Car park charges are displayed and can be paid at the machines before exiting, or up to 24 hours after exiting. Please check car park signs.
This event is FREE to attend, but please sign up to give us an idea of numbers. From 4pm, there will be a Chamber Welcome Table on Level 3, where visitors can collect your goody bags.
Visitors can attend at any time between 1pm and 8pm. Between 1pm and 4pm, there will be our sponsors stands on Level 1 of the shopping centre. From 4pm til 8pm, there will be our sponsors and up to 30 other exhibitors upstairs, around the entrance to the Lumiere Cinema. The event will be officially opened at 4.15pm and there will be talks from local businesses, canapes and the bar inside the cinema will be open (additional costs).
At 7.30pm there will be a draw from the business cards handed in at the Chamber Welcome Table and one lucky business will win an Advertorial and an Inline Banner for a year on The Havering Daily, valued at £2340!
