Meet at Brontë Museum Car Park in Haworth where we will head out for a loop around the moors that inspired the literary Brontë sisters. We will pass by Penistone Hill Trig Point, the many farmhouse ruins that are believed to be the inspiration for the setting of Wuthering Heights, the Brontë waterfalls, the Wuthering Heights pub, and the house where the authors grew up. The walk starts and ends in Haworth, a beautiful little town you may want to have a seasonal wander through before heading home.

Whilst not easily accessible by public transport lift shares can be organised in our Whatsapp community chat. Please drop us a message and we'll send the link to join. This car park is often very busy so please car share where possible to cars to a minimum.

Please make sure you sign up as spaces are limited. If you can no longer make the walk and have signed up please do cancel your spot so that somebody else can take it as we usually have a waitlist.

We now have donation tickets available with all donations going directly to our Community Fund. You can read more about it here.

This is a social walk not guided so everyone is responsible for themselves, the route is on our Komoot profile so take time to familiarise yourself with it before we head out.

This walk is for women and NB folk who feel comfortable in a space that centres women.
