Join us as we present the findings from the Hays annual salary survey 2014. Richard Gelder - Hays National Specialist Director for Architecture and Property will present comprehensive data on pay rates across the spectrum of the built environment sector disciplines, analyse market conditions and key issues into the sector which are having an effect on recruitment, salary and benefit trends.
We will also explore the skills gap challenges facing the industry and the best way to attract and retain top talent in your organisation. The presentation will be followed up by a panel led discussion with several industry leaders from around the West Midlands, and a question and answer session relating to the presentation and the current market.
