Haywards Heath Wellbeing Group (Tai Chi and relaxation)

Wellbeing group - tai chi/ Qi gong and relaxation (guided visualisation) for all fitness levels. Complete beginners welcome. £6 drop in. Bring yoga mat or towel to like on and a blanket. Ye Ping Tsim is a qualified Bowen Therapist who is running these exercise classes to encourage good health and wellbeing for her clients.
