    Hosted by Cardiomyopathy UK specialist nurse Jayne Partridge, this session is for anyone affected by Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM).

    Jayne will lead a general discussion, and it is a great opportunity to meet the community.

    This session is patient focused, and no suitable for HCPs to attend.

    The session will take place using Zoom - a link and password will be sent to you prior to the meeting date.
