Event description

Description

Help shape our plans for the future of health and care across Humber, Coast and Vale. Come along to one of our Stakeholder Engagement Events and help us develop our Partnership Long-term Plan.

What

An opportunity to hear about the work of the Partnership’s collaborative programmes and share your views on our emerging plans.

Why

The NHS Long Term Plan was published in January 2019. It sets the direction of travel for the NHS over the next ten years and identifies a series of ambitions and goals that will help to improve health and wellbeing across the nation.

The NHS Long Term Plan also emphasises the important role of local Partnerships, known as Integrated Care Systems, to deliver these new ways of working. In Humber, Coast and Vale we are currently developing our own Partnership Long-term Plan, which will set out the aims and ambitions of our local Partnership and explain how we will implement the NHS Long Term Plan in our area.

You can read more about the Plan on our website.

Who

The engagement events are open to anyone who has an interest in the future of health and care in the Humber, Coast and Vale area. They will be of particular interest to:

  • Voluntary and community sector organisations
  • Governors and members of local NHS Trusts
  • Staff, including staff-side representatives*
  • Patient Participation Group (PPG) members
  • Local Councillors and other community leaders

The events are free to attend but it is essential to register your attendance as places are limited.

*Please note: a clinical engagement session will also take place for clinical staff across the Partnership.

Format of the Day

This event will give you the opportunity to engage with and offer feedback as we develop our Partnership Long-term Plan. When registering for your ticket, please select 3 interactive workshops from the options provided. These are based around our clinical programmes which will be at the heart of our transformation over the next five years. Refreshments and lunch will also be provided during the event.
