People with disabilities have every right to the same employment opportunities as everyone else. As a sector it is important for us to make sure that our organisations are places which never exclude based on disability, that offer the necessary support for disabled individuals to thrive in the workplace, and that provide disabled employees with fair and equal access to opportunities.

He will also be joined by Ian Rowlands, Employability Coordinator at the charity Talkback, who will be discussing the specialist work Talkback does in providing support and opportunities for people with autism and learning disabilities, and Nicola Martin, Communications/Autism Trainer at Talkback, who will be sharing her experience and insight of trying to gain employment as someone with autism.
