Following the success of our Head of Retail Strategy Day in 2024, we’re pleased to bring it back in 2025 in a new location.   

Cutting through the noise: Lead with focus and purpose 

Our 2025 event has a new theme, leading with focus and purpose. This is a day full of learning and networking exclusively for Heads of Retail (or equivalent roles) to come together and hear more about ‘cutting through the noise’ in charity retail.  

Already confirmed on the programme are: 

  • Steve Samra, Commercial Director at Compton Care and winner of our 2025 Leadership award who will delivering a keynote on Dealing with imposter syndrome 
  • A panel session where charity retail volunteers share their stories and insights 
  • A workshop on developing communication and collaboration skills delivered by Penguin Learning

Last year we had 96 delegates booked onto this event and we anticipate this will, again, be a popular event. Book early to avoid disappointment. Non-member charity rates are also available.
