At times we get stuck, often due our brain running old programs.. Together we can create new patterns. We will learn from the past, live in the now and open up to imagine an Amazing future. Personal Awareness is your key to change. The biggest gift you can give to yourself is to re-discover you real you. Establish if your current belief system is serving you or starving you? Disconnect those that starve you and stretch out of your perceived ‘comfort zone’ and ride the waves of life as safely as possible.
Each workshop will run in two halves. During the first half coach Nicky Valantine will deliver a new perspective, technique or methodology for you to take away with you to work on personally and in your business.
During the second half, the group split into guided ‘co-coaching’ mini-groups. Her members have the opportunity to explore an obstacle/block in their business. Using co-coaching strategy, as impartial supportive outsiders, you will actively support each other to problem solve and set small manageable targets for the coming month. How many of us that work from home or alone wish at times for another voice other than the internal one to bounce ideas off? This is Head Quarters. This is what we do.
HQ takes place 9.30am – 11ampm on the second Monday of every month in a private meeting room in The Florentine, Fulwood Road, S10 3RG. There is free parking in the grounds and refreshments are available.
For those that want to, you are welcome to stay afterwards in the main restaurant or bar area to continue conversations and freely network
