What Past Participants of Find Your WayPower Say
“This course is so original, there’s nothing like it on the ADHD landscape. WayPower is about finding your true north, using your strengths, and learning a new language for emotions. It’s been like a homecoming for me. The difference is life-changing.”
Dr Lucy Clark, Yoga Teacher & Writer
“Kaye is like a navigator and cartographer… She creates wonderful maps to guide us through time, emotion, and purpose, but always leaves space for us to add to the map together. No one is left behind. This is the ultimate ADHD crew.”
Dr Lainey Gauson, Researcher
“The name WayPower really resonated. I feel like I've spent my life trying to force myself into neurotypical ways with willpower that never works. This programme was the best thing I’ve done in a very long time. Kaye’s radical acceptance gave me a safe place from the start. The sense of community was palpable, and frankly, life-changing.”
Sarah Dawes, Editor
“I am always astounded by your sessions, Kaye: carefully researched, thoughtfully curated, but also so alive. Just being in a space of women who get it is mind-blowing. It’s incredibly healing not to have to explain or mask. I keep smiling.”
Joanna Clayton Smith, Filmmaker & Storyteller
“I’ve been at the edge of burnout for a long while. The ease and freedom of being in this group has changed everything. For once, I truly feel enough.”
Dr Kelsey Byers, Scientist
“I’ve been deep in burnout for years from a lifetime of masking. With this group, I realise how different it feels not needing constant vigilance. The invitation to fidget and move around was profound for me. It’s quietly revolutionary.”
Tamsin Feinberg, Family Constellations Practitioner
"Because the world needs your light - exactly as you are" ✨
Come along to this free session and learn how you can:
- Reclaim your sense of self via radical self-acceptance
- Feel held and witnessed as you navigate life’s big transitions
- Move forward with clarity, compassion, & energy, in your own WayPower.
What Makes the Find Your WayPower Group Programme Unique?
Neuro-affirming: Radical acceptance and affirmation
“Kaye's statement of radical acceptance right from the off enabled me to feel so safe with the group. I don't think I've ever felt part of a group where I'd felt that before. I was so blown away by the palpable sense of community we created from the very first group.”
Past participant and editor, Sarah Dawes
Permission to unmask, including scheduled breaks and invitations to move/stim throughout the course.
“I really appreciate, Kaye, your regular invitations to move around. I've never been invited to fidget and move around before. I could almost cry, actually. Because I think I'm becoming more aware, particularly with this group, of my internalised ableism. That name gives it a real concrete feeling for me: That I should sit still, I should be polite. And it's really gentle, but it's quite profound for me, to have the reminder, to move and take breaks, and to give myself the permission to be more authentically myself.”
Past participant and Family Constellations Practitioner, Tamsin Feinberg
Co-created, uplifting community and a palpable sense of belonging: You’re welcomed into a courageous space of radical compassion, it’s not just another support group.
“The ease of being in this group has been huge. I have not been tired. I have not been headachy. I have not been in pain. I have just been able to be here and that has been huge….It was so joyful for me to see you all today, a real bright spot in my week and in my burnout journey. My heart feels full with love and compassion and care that I have received and that is huge for me.”
Past participant and research scientist, Dr Kelsey Byers
Paradigm shifts in real time with other people: going beneath the surface of your ADHD and autistic experience to understand the neuroscience and deeper why underneath your traits & beliefs.
“I feel mentally energised and excited by the topics and the discussions had during the group today. I left the group feeling the need to continue writing, brainstorming, and reflecting on things that came up for me during the session. The creative element you brought in with the 5 journalling prompts and the haiku helped spark my imagination, and step outside but still acknowledge my perfectionist tendencies. It's scary how much ableism we've embedded in our culture and society. It's a real learning curve to embrace the differences and accommodate for yourself.”
Past participant and researcher, Dr Lainey Gauson
A unique visual tool of the sailboat at sea, to help frame, process and articulate your neurodivergent experiences
Dr Lainey Gauson: “The sailboat framework and learning is a sorely needed tool in the coaching and therapy community for ADHD, Autistic people and beyond”.
Dr Lucy Clarke: “It’s helped me acknowledge how unsteady my boat has been all my life, because I didn't know which bits were supposed to be sort of propping me up. I think the boat framework is fantastic. Thank you very much, it’s very, very helpful.” Dr Lucy Clarke
Dr Kelsey Byers: “The boat is huge for me too, it makes so much sense.” Dr Kelsey Byers

Reserve your FREE spot and find out why “WayPower, not Willpower” is changing lives for late-diagnosed adults.
Kaye set up Positively ADHD because she knows that people with ADHD have so many gifts and incredible ways of thinking which can make a huge contribution to the world. Yet, so much of this nuance is lost in the deficit-based, medical model which sees ADHD as a list of “symptoms” that need to be “treated”.
Whilst she doesn’t underestimate the difficulties that ADHD can cause, she also knows that when we feel creative, hopeful, and connected to our purpose, anything is possible for us and our amazing minds.
Many of us who were late-diagnosed have spent our whole lives in survival mode, because we did not know that our brains and nervous systems were different. We may have spent many years believing we were broken and/or have struggled with periods of depression, anxiety and burnout.
Kaye hosts regular meet-ups and events as well as offering group and 1:1 ADHD coaching.
