Audience: Leaders who are aiming to secure their first headship in the next twelve to twenty-four months.

Cost: £795 + VAT for one full day and five half-day sessions
This programme is a practical combination of training and support, which draws together lessons learned on the ground from the Federation’s sustained track record of outstanding school leadership with cutting-edge insight from external partners on the vanguard of academic research.
Practical activities, critical insights and bespoke support to give participants the confidence to lead, the ability to problem solve and the ability to have impact quickly.
A comprehensive support package for the non-teaching aspects of their future role as Headteacher.
Support to critically evaluate their own performance and the performance of the schools they work with now and in the future in preparation for work with Ofsted and other external partners.
