Course Description

This course is being delivered online, and a recording will be available for up to 30 days after the event has ended.

Join James Pope, founder of HeadsUp4HTs, and Kate Smith, network leader and coach, for an interactive and reflective webinar exploring what it means to lead with intentional well-being at the centre.

This session introduces the work of HeadsUp4HTs in supporting, celebrating, and campaigning for the emotional well-being of school leaders. We’ll share insights from our lived experience and invite you to connect with a growing network of leaders who truly understand the challenges of the role.

You’ll be guided through our 9 Steps to Intentional Well-being and Sustainable Leadership—a practical, tried-and-tested framework created by headteachers, for headteachers. Each step offers tools to help you proactively protect your emotional health, lead with purpose, and sustain your leadership over time.

When will I receive the event joining instructions?

The final information, including how to join the live event, will be emailed to you directly from the NAHT Professional Development team at least 5 days before and again the day before the event date. Unless you advise us otherwise, we will assume that you have received the joining instructions. A refund will not be given for non-attendance on the grounds of joining instructions not being received, it is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure they have the information before the event.

Within 31 working days - 25% charge

Within 14 working days - 50% charge

Within 7 working days - 75% charge

Within 3 working days - 100% charge
