This isn’t just a manifestation workshop; we want to give you a journey to open your senses, calm your nervous system, and connect you to the limitless possibilities within and around you.
Together, we’ll move through gentle Qigong, powerful breathwork, teachings on manifestation, and a guided meditation to help you connect with your vision – finishing with a crystal bowl sound bath to integrate and ground your intentions.

In this extraordinary environment, you will create the feeling of being at one with the universe itself, allowing you to experience energy, intention, and connection on a whole new level.
We’ll begin with Qigong to awaken and relax your body, bringing your energy into harmony with the immersive visuals. From here, teachings on manifestation and visualisation will help you focus your vision and shape your inner and outer world.
Qigong and breathwork will then align your energy, settle your body and prepare your internal environment for the next steps.
During the guided meditation, you’ll clear blocks and embody your vision. Finally, we’ll close with a deep sound bath, planting your intentions into this expansive space and leaving you aligned with both your vision and the wider universe.
