Welcome to a Healing and relaxing Sound Bath!

Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation as we immerse ourselves in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments. This event will take place on Sun, October 12, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the beautiful Cambridge Road Methodist Church.

This sound bath will help you release tension, clear your mind, and give you space to rest and relax.

Sound healing is an ancient, holistic and complementary therapy, that can reduce stress snd anxiety and help us to rebalance. Let the soothing sounds wash over you and heal your mind, body, and soul.

Please bring a mat, cushion and blanket to keep yourself warm and comfortable. Refreshments (including vegan and gluten free options) will be provided to allow a time to pause before leaving.

No experience is necessary, just bring yourself as you are.

Refund policy

I will be able to refund part of the ticket price (less admin costs) with 48 hours notice. Please contact me directly earthmonkey sounds@gmail.com

Is parking available?

There is a small carpark at the Church which is free to use. There is also on-road parking in nearby streets.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible and also has an accessible toilet.

Are there any people who are not recommended to have Sound Healing?

Yes - please be aware that sound healing is not recommended: during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy or if you suffer from sound induced epilepsy. It also may not be advisable for anyone with a history of psychosis, please contact me with any queries or check with your doctor first.

Are there any other cautions or contraindications to having sound healing?

In group sessions, I will not play instruments directly on the body, but please let me know if you have any metalic implants including stents, a pacemaker or suffer from cardiac arrhythmias. You can still benefit from the session, but it is helful for me to know so I can tailor the session for you

Are you insured?

Yes, I have liability insurance cover in place

A sound bath is a mediative journey using different instruments to achieve a very deep state of relaxation where body and mind are able to relax, rebalance and heal. Sound vibrations are very powerful and there is now so much evidence of how we can use sound to achieve a deep state of relaxation very quickly. My events are held in a beautiful venue with underfloor heating and there is the opportunity to have refreshments afterwards.

It is important to me that my spaces are accessible and inclusive and I have a sliding scale of payments as I don't want finance to be a barrier for anyone. If you are able to pay more to support those who are paying less, then that is much appreciated. Please also let me know if you have any queries or accessibility requirements.
