Healing and relaxing sound bath

Welcome to a Healing and relaxing Sound Bath!

Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation as we immerse ourselves in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments. This event will take place on Sun, Nov 09, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the beautiful Cambridge Road Methodist Church.

This sound bath will help you release tension, clear your mind, and give yourself space to rest and relax.

Sound healing is an ancient, holistic and complementary therapy, that can reduce stress snd anxiety and help us to rebalance. Let the soothing sounds wash over you and heal your mind, body, and soul.

Please bring a mat, cushion and blanket to keep yourself warm and comfortable. Refreshments (including vegan and gluten free options) will be provided to allow a time to pause before leaving.

No experience is necessary, just bring yourself as you are.
