Spiritual Healing & sound Bath: Tuesday Sessions @ Binfield Memorial Hall

Experience a deep journey of rest and renewal with Spiritual Healing by Cinthia, and Sound Bath by Alison.

After two years of holding Sound Baths with Spiritual Healing in Forest Park, Bracknell, we are delighted to now welcome you to Binfield Memorial Hall.

How would you like time just for your Self — to soften, reconnect, and receive? To gather with likeminded souls, to be nourished on whatever level you need: physical, emotional, energetic, mental or spiritual.

Throughout the evening, Cinthia will offer Divine Healing – Master Key Healing, guiding you to release what no longer serves and create space for what wants to emerge.

Alison will weave soothing vocals, the gong, crystal bowls, shruti and gentle percussion, creating a restorative soundscape to support your healing journey.

Together, they hold a safe and nurturing space for deep rest and transformation.

This is for you if you:

Sound Therapy supports altered states of consciousness that can improve emotional, mental and physical wellbeing, reduce anxiety and depression, release tension and support better sleep.

You’ll be invited to choose a Yes/No card to receive optional hands-on touch from Cinthia during the event.

WHEN & WHERE:

A 2-hour session at Binfield Memorial Hall (between Binfield Social Club and the Oakmede shops). Parking entrance beside the zebra crossing. The main door is opposite the bus stop.

PLEASE BRING:

Yoga mat, blanket, cushion and anything to keep you cosy. Eye mask, bolster, or chair if preferred. Comfortable clothing. Water or herbal tea encouraged.

Cinthia offers Divine Healing Master Key, Lotus Lightbody Surgery, Soul Contract Readings and Spiritual Healing. After years in Holistic Massage and Spiritual Healing, she retrained as a NO HANDS® Massage Therapist. A library book led her to Divine Healing, then Lotus Lightbody Surgery and Soul Contract work — life-changing practices she continues to use weekly on herself.

About Alison Heaslewood

Alison runs Just BE Sound and Movement Therapy, trained at the British Academy of Sound Therapy. Following years of chronic pain and a fibromyalgia diagnosis, sound and movement supported her recovery. With 5 years’ vocal training, she brings soothing vocals and percussion to her sessions. She creates gentle and supportive spaces to Just BE.
