Healing From Negative Relationships To Reclaim Your Personal Power
Overview
Healing from Negative Relationships
A Safe and Restorative Workshop for Reclaiming Your Power
Join Rachel in a compassionate and nurturing space where you’ll explore the dynamics of healthy and unhealthy relationships—and begin the journey of healing from those that have caused harm.
What You’ll Experience:
Redefine What Healthy Relationships Look Like Refresh your understanding of what supportive, respectful relationships should feel like—and what behaviors are never acceptable.
Recognize Toxic Patterns Learn to identify negative relationship dynamics and reflect on the connections in your life through the lens of joy, safety, and emotional wellbeing.
Understand Bullying and Its Roots Explore the psychology behind bullying, what drives people to harm others, and discover strategies to protect yourself and respond with strength.
Guided Meditation for Reflection and Release Safely revisit past experiences and affirm what you truly deserve in relationships. Through meditation, begin to release the emotional grip of toxic connections and reclaim your personal power.
Reclaim Your Boundaries Learn how to neutralise emotional triggers and reinforce healthy boundaries—especially around people who are difficult or draining.
Group Healing with Reiki and Colour Therapy Close the session with a deeply restorative group meditation infused with Reiki and colour therapy. Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and reminded that you are worthy of love, respect, and care—and you are never alone.
This workshop is a decisive step toward emotional freedom, self-respect, and healing.
