Are you a girlie on the self love journey?

Are you wanting to connect deeper to your divine feminine power?

Do you want to create a deeper connection with your mind and body?

Do you crave to be surrounded by empowering, supportive women?

Join Soft Girl Swuad for a powerful of connection, self-love, healing the feminine wound & deep inner transformations.

We believe in the power of community - there is nothing more healing than women coming together to heal from things we don't speak about.

This event is for you if:

  • you crave to uncover deeper layers within yourself
  • you’re longing for a sisterhood of women who will love & support you on the journey
  • you’re committed to inner work & meeting your own edges with more compassion
  • you want to be held in your pain, no longer hiding what’s true to avoid being labelled as “too much”
  • you’re unsubscribing from the patriarchy & wearing masks that fit into who they want you to be

We will be combining the practice of conscious connected breathwork, shadow work, somatic healing, and sharing circle to release the energies which have been holding us back from connecting to our sacred feminine powers.

As women, for centuries we have been holding so much energies, stress and trauma, attempting to survive in a patriarchy designed to disconnect us from our power. This has made millions of women physically sick, depressed and labelled as crazy when we finally say no to bullshit. When we're sick and tired and conforming to society's standards & start to wake up to our own power we are often faced with systems and people who try to keep us down. This is why we're calling on your to join us - for an evening where we drop the masks. An evening to come back to ourselves and heal the wounds we've carried for way too long. A sacred reclaimation of our power and intuition.

Hosted at the beautiful Space at the Mill

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

CCB is a therapeutic and spiritually informed breathing technique that offers opportunity to reconnect with the physical and emotional body. Inviting the breather to explore their inner landscape, the living library of experiences that are held within the body. Creating intentional space to relax, reveal, release and move towards self regulation. It will be lead by trauma informed breathwork practitioner Grace Goldsmith who will create a safe and relaxing space to connect deeply within.

What is Shadow and Somatic Work?

Shadow Work lead by psychotherapist Oliwia Viktoria is a process of connecting to the parts in our inner world that have been suppressed, hurt or wounded in the past. Sometimes from our lifetime, and often passed on through generations. We will practice a meditation, gentle & subtle movements and journaling to reclaim some of our feminine qualities we lost along the way such as freedom, playfulness, creativity, joy, love. The workship is based on evidence based psychotherapies Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing.

The practices will be followed by a sharing circle - you can share your experience with other women, or you can also enjoy the experience without physically expressing what you felt - both is okay and welcome. There will be an opportunity to connect with other women who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves and others. A lot of our members have made friends and connections for life.

We cannot wait to connect with you, sister!

Love,

Oliwia & Grace
