I am so excited to welcome you to Healing Our Inner (Queer) Children workshop series for queer people of colour. Over the course of 7 sessions, we will be tending to, nurturing and being present for the inner child that still lives within us. To give them a safe space to come together with like-minded souls to heal, to rejoice, to celebrate the powerhouses that we are.
This workshop series begins September 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM - the aim is to come together collectively, to heal our relational wounding, connect to our soul Self energy and remember who we once were before we became who we now are.
Children teach us so much about life and your own inner child still has lots to teach you too! Maybe little you is someone you are starting to remember, is someone you have a great relationship with already or have never met - wherever you are on your journey, going back to repair, tend, listen and love will help you evolve into this next phase of your journey.
Each workshop will centre around:
- Body Centred Practises - breathwork, meditation and visulisation
- Discussion points
- Opportunities for self-reflection with prompts
- Collaborative and group work with guidance by me
The 7 workshop series will be led by our 7 energy centres that sit within the body, starting with the Root. The root is where we develop our foundations to grow, it's where we find stability in emotional bonding and connection, safety within self and others around us, money, feeling at home within the body and your connection to the Earth.
We will then journey up towards the Sacral, the Solar plexus, the Heart, The throat, The Third Eye and finally the Crown. Each one with their own unique medicine, are waiting to commune with you.
