Why this work matters right now

For thousands of years, we’ve lived inside patriarchal systems — not just “men in charge,” but an entire worldview that overvalues certain qualities (control, conquest, productivity, linear logic) and devalues others (nurturing, intuition, emotional intelligence, cyclical ways of being).

In this paradigm:

Masculinity in its distorted form becomes dominance, emotional repression, violence, disconnection from care and tenderness.

Femininity in its distorted form becomes submission, self-erasure, manipulation, emotional volatility without containment.

This has harmed everyone. Men, women, and everyone in between or beyond the gender binary have inherited wounds from these distortions.

In Men’s WorkThere’s a growing movement of men trying to reclaim healthy masculinity — learning to lead without controlling, to feel without collapsing, to protect without dominating.But many men carry deep wounds from absent fathers, shaming mothers, and a culture that equates vulnerability with weakness. This makes it hard for them to trust the feminine, or even the feminine within themselves.

In Women’s WorkMany women are reclaiming power, voice, and boundaries after centuries of being silenced. But often the empowerment journey comes with justified anger and grief towards men or the masculine — and this pain can harden into distrust or outright rejection of that energy.

Between Men & Women (and in All Relationships)

Misunderstanding and mistrust become the default.
Anger gets expressed as attack or swallowed down until it poisons connection.
Grief remains unspoken, calcifying into resentment or numbness.
Relationships become battlegrounds or cold war zones, rather than places of safety and inspiration.

We need spaces where:

This isn’t your average “communication” workshop.

This is a one-day initiation into truth-telling, finding your voice, healing your relationship with anger, reconciliation, and the kind of raw emotional honesty that heals centuries of separation.

We will meet the archetypes of the sacred masculine and sacred feminine — and the shadows that distort them.We will explore the wounds we’ve inherited and the ones we’ve lived through.We will grieve what’s been lost between us, and remember what’s possible when love leads.

🗣️ Teaching on masculine/feminine dynamics: How these energies live in the body and the nervous system.

🔥 Guided rage release: Voice, movement, and impact (with consent).

🖤 Grief & love ceremony: Moving from heartbreak into reconnection.

💔 Forgiveness process: A ritual to meet “the other” and release what is no longer yours to hold.

🧬 Somatic practices: Creating safety in the body so you can hold both energies in harmony.

🌊 Closing integration ritual: Anchoring into wholeness — the union of the inner masculine and feminine.

About Me & This Work

I am a VITA Sex and Relationship Coach. In my work with couples and individuals, I see again and again how unhealed wounds between masculine and feminine energies sabotage intimacy, trust, and love.

This day is about reclaiming those lost parts — in yourself and in your relationships — so you can live and love more freely.

I am a student of animist consciousness, indigenous wisdom, shamanism, and both neo- and traditional tantra. The rituals you’ll experience are drawn from these traditions and adapted to meet the modern nervous system.

All genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and cultural backgrounds are welcome. Everything offered here is an invitation, never a demand.

Every time I’ve expressed my rage in ritual, my heart has opened again.Every time my grief has been witnessed, something in me has transformed.
