“Everybody needs to be good natured with a good heart. Having these is the real method to solve our own inner problems- problems of ignorance, depression, anger and so forth- and also the real method to benefit others practically” ~ Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
Often we take great care over our physical health, but we neglect to take care of our mental and emotional wellbeing. This special public talk will explain how we can use meditation, mindfulness and Buddha’s timeless advice to start to heal our heart of painful emotions.
