About this Event
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
Each week we will learn and practice key yoga breathing exercises and stretches and mindfulness tools.
Each class will start with breathing exercises, followed by 30 minutes stretches. The second half of the class will focus on different mindfulness tools such as body scan, observing, letting go, gratefulness...etc
