About this event
In a world being challenged by many crises, there is the need for a new approach to policymaking, one that leaves behind traditional cost-benefit analyses, to embrace a new Health-Environment co-benefits approach.
Join us on 18 June for a 1-hour event to discuss the launch of WEAll's latest policy paper titled, "Five Pathways towards Health-Environment policy in a Wellbeing Economy”. The launch of the paper coincides with two major global events - the Global Health Summit, held in Rome last May 21st, and the World Health Assembly starting May 24th.
We will welcome Lorenzo Fioramonti, the former Minister of Education, University and Research in Italy, to join us in the discussion of Health and Environment Policies.
The Authors of the paper (Éloi Laurent, Fabio Battaglia, Amanda Janoo, Alessandro Galli, Giorgia Dalla Libera Marchiori and Raluca Munteanu) will introduce the content, discuss the outcomes of the global events and showcase compelling case studies that are implementing this health-environment nexus in real life.
