Location: The Room, Buckinghamshire New University, Queen Alexandra Road, Buckinghamshire, HP11 2JZ
This four-hour workshop is based on the Lean Startup methodology and uses the Strategyzer toolset to help participants use the approach with the minimum need to understand business jargon.
The methodologies we will look at during the workshop have been adopted across the world, particularly in the setting of business incubators and accelerators – physical or virtual spaces where entrepreneurs can seek advice, funding and mentoring to develop their ideas into businesses.
The aims of the workshop are as follows:
-
To introduce the Value Proposition Canvas and Business Model Canvas
-
To introduce Test & Learn Cards
-
Through examples let groups work through both canvasses
-
Begin to outline assumptions you’ve made in the process
-
Give time to look at your innovation and develop a 3-step action plan
*To be able to attend these workshops you must be a UK registered business with a innovative idea within the given area.
