An NHS digital accredited app, Feeling Good is a relaxation-based audio programme that applies sports coaching techniques to improve sleep, resilience and wellbeing through reducing stress, anxiety and depression.

Supported by the Scottish Government PRoMIS wellbeing hub, this app is an approved resource. It is easy to use and has been an NHS Lothian and Borders service provision since 2015. It can be used as self- help or guided self-help, this evidence based app, combines body and mind relaxation with sports coaching techniques for good general mental health, which research shows increases recovery and quality of life. Also very helpful for improving rehabilitation, for example in stroke survivors, improving sleep, and reducing worry.

Widely used by NHS Health & Social care staff for their own benefit, helping them manage their own stress and to stay positive.

This 1 hour webinar will be a short presentation, with practical tips, followed by open Q & As. Any queries please email sheila@fpmh.org.uk or visit our website.
