Are you an owner, manager and / or representative within a SME?
Are you willing to talk about how SMEs can improve health and well-being?
We are looking to recruit owners, managers and / or representatives within SMEs (with a range of 1-250 employees in the workforce) for the research project Health and Wellbeing in SMEs.
The research will involve participating in 2 to 3 co-design workshops in November. Each workshop will involve around 10 participants, will be around 2 hours in time, will take place at the Hamilton Centre at Brunel University London. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
The purpose of our research study is to explore facilitators and barriers to enhancing health and wellbeing in SMEs and to identify and co-design possible interventions to improve and maintain health and wellbeing in SMEs. The research is co-organised between Brunel University London and Enterprise Wellness.
Co-design workshops
We are looking for owners, managers and/or representatives within SMEs (1-250 employees) to participate in our research study, by attending at least 2, preferably 3 co-design workshops.
Each co-design workshop, lasting for around 2 hours, will take place at Brunel University London. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
The workshop dates are scheduled as:
• Workshop 1: Tuesday 5th November 2019 – Mead Room, Hamilton Centre, Brunel University London – 1.30 – 4.30 pm
• Workshop 2: Tuesday 12th November 2019 – Mead Room, Hamilton Centre, Brunel University London – 1.30- 4.30 pm

• Workshop 3: Tuesday 26th November 2019 – Darwin Room, Hamilton Centre, Brunel University London – 12.30 – 3.30 pm

We will focus on strategies and the organisation of health and wellbeing in SMEs. The workshops will consider:
• DISCOVERY: exploring the barriers and facilitators to health and wellbeing;
• DEFINE: defining the requirements and aspirations that any health and wellbeing interventions can fulfil
• DEVELOP: developing innovative solutions to enhance health and wellbeing
Interested?
Participation is entirely voluntary. If you decide to take part, you will be provided with a participant information sheet that explains more about the research. You will be asked to provide informed consent before the start of the workshop
