"Would you like a bite size personal training consultation? I can talk about exercising and the importance of health and well being in the workplace. I will emphasise the importance of the knowledge of how to continue to exercise around injury and how to maintain good form and posture to avoid injury in the workplace. Also, did you know that I run outdoor Field Fitness sessions in Tredegar Park on Mondays at 4pm and Thursdays at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm?"
