This forum will highlight the importance and need for all organisations working with children to receive safeguarding training, and all employers to have their staff trained in first aid for both adults and children.
This forum will provide an opportunity to explore and help shape the future of children’s wellbeing, set out what employers need to do to address first aid provisions in the workplace, and offer up to date information in both safeguarding and first aid.
Organisations in the form of health and social care providers, childcare providers, voluntary organisations and community groups, from a range of sectors and localities are invited to attend.
During the forum, there will be an opportunity for the audience to visit different stalls around the room relating to Health & Social Care, leading to great networking opportunities.
There will also be a table where organisations are encouraged to leave leaflets, information and contact details for others to take away. So bring your business cards!
Registration starts at 10:00 please arrive on time to avoid disruption to the forum and missing out on the presentations.
As well as attending a forum where you will leave feeling knowledgeable, your attendance will count towards your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
