Health Technologies for Quality & Safety
Abstract
The Faculty of Health Studies is establishing a new research group on the topic of Health Technologies for Quality & Safety. The focus of the group’s activities will be: (1) Developing (using co-production approaches) and implementing new healthcare technologies that respond to challenges that health and social care providers face; and (2) Evaluating the impact of new healthcare technologies that are being introduced into health and social care. Rebecca will describe the aims of this group and how it links to other initiatives within the University, as well as introducing some of the research that is already taking place within this theme.
