This is the North version of the ‘Connecting and Making Connections' event for healthcare groups and professionals working in Peterborough, Huntingdonshire, and Fenland.
At this event we would like to give the Social Prescribing Link Workers the opportunity to explain their role and allow connections to be made with this new service across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
These online network sessions will consist of a 20-30 minute presentation to set the scene followed up by breakout rooms for districts.
The events will only be an hour, promptly starting at 11:00 am. They will take place on Zoom and we ask that those taking part obey the event guidelines which will be circulated with the Zoom link.
