come along to one of my workshops to help start the new term with new habits to help you live a healthier and happier life.

1 hour personal training where you will learn the best exercises using simple equipment you can do at home as part of a new healthy lifestyle

1 hour of fat burning fun learning the skills of boxercise which is great for the body and mind helping to relieve stress and have a laugh

1 hour on the benefits of mindfulness, how to do meditation and how to create a positive mindset using affirmations, mindfulness and creating new healthy habits for the body and mind.

1 hour of healthy eating introducing health and wellness products, healthy recipes, food swaps, Nutrition and tips for weight loss.
