Come join Exemplar health Care for a CPD-accredited afternoon on Healthcare Leadership and Managing Organisation Change, ran by Exemplar's Head of Service Development and Exemplars HR Change lead - Wednesday 23rd January, at Unity Hall, Wakefield.


Workshop Schedule

12:15 - 13:00 - Registration accompanied with lunch and refreshments.

13:00-14:00 - Clinical Nurse Leadership and Highly Effective Teams by Andrew Frankel-Caine, Exemplar's Head of Service Development

14:00-15:00 - Managing Organisation Change in Healthcare by Natalie Grosvenor, Exemplars HR Change Lead


Health and social care commissioners, NHS and independent health care professionals - clinical and non-clinical colleagues - interested in finding out about clinical leadership and developing effect teams will find this free event a useful opportunity to gain new insights.


With free lunch and refreshments provided, find out more about Exemplar’s approach in this informal and interactive seminar/learning event whilst having an opportunity to network with your peers. For all those attending, CPD points will be awarded, along with a certificate of attendance.


The seminar comes ahead of the opening of Exemplar’s new home in Castleford, Kingfisher View. Opening in Spring 2019, the new nursing service will provide specialist care for eight adults living with complex needs.
