About this event

We are organising a training session for hosts and volunteers on the topic of boundaries. This follows feedback from many of you about how challenging it can be to establish and maintain boundaries — whether you’re hosting someone in your home, supporting them after they’ve moved on, or involved in other forms of one-to-one support.

We’ve invited Sushila Dahl from Refugee Resource to facilitate the session. With her extensive experience in therapeutic and cross-cultural support work, we hope this will be a thoughtful and practical space to explore the emotional and relational dynamics involved — and to reflect on how we can care for others while also looking after ourselves.
