About this Event
FREE Online Healthy Eating Myth Busting for Greenwich residents!
- Ever wondered what’s really in your food?
- Want to find out?
- Curious about some of those healthy eating messages you’ve heard?
We’re bombarded every day by messages from the food industry, shops and media about what we should and shouldn’t be eating, what’s healthy and mysterious messages on labels. If you’re a little confused, you’re not alone!
Here at GCDA we’ve been delivering food programs for nearly 20 years and have designed FREE, interactive and informative sessions with a tutor giving you practical tips and advice to support you to navigate the sometimes-overwhelming world of food!
So, join us for a lunchtime session to explore these issues, understand the meaning behind the messages, and learn tools and techniques you can use in everyday life.
You will receive logging on details once you have registered.
Please note these sessions are for Greenwich residents only
