The HENRY programme is for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 5 years. It is free to join.

All parents want the best for their children, but with so much advice out there, it can be hard to know what’s right—especially in the early years.

Research shows that young children need:

• Parents who feel confident
• Plenty of active play
• Healthy food
• Good family routines
• Fun times together

The programme runs for 8 weeks and covers these topics to help give your child a great start in life.

If you have a child under 5 and answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions, HENRY could help you:

• Would you like to feel more confident as a parent?
• Do you want support to give your child a healthy start?
• Would you like your child to eat more fruit and vegetables?
• Do mealtimes feel stressful?
• Would you like to be more active together as a family?
• Are you looking for ideas to help your child spend less time on screens?

Every parent who joins gets a HENRY toolkit with helpful resources to use at home. It will support you in making small changes that make a big difference.
