Liz Scott

Co-Founder of Inner Compass

Inner Compass is a business that focusses on resourcefulness and resilience through coaching, training and public speaking.

Liz is a wellbeing coach, working with leaders and businesses. She also runs wellbeing projects within the community. Last year she, along with a group of like-minded volunteers, ran a conference about mental health and young people. The Resilient Young Minds conference was a sell-out and was live-streamed across the world.
