Want to lose weight in a healthy happy way?

About this Event

Trying to lose weight can be miserable, especially when it's all about restriction, hard-work and targets. Of course, without these, nothing can be achieved. But, what if, instead of hating and fighting your weight, you learned how to work with the bigger picture. That is:

How to be healthy, happy and well, and as a result start to lose weight in a kind and compassionate way.

That’s what the Healthy Happy Weight course is all about.

During this 5-session course, which is run over 10 weeks with additional (closed) Facebook group support, you’ll join a small group of others who will encourage, support and cheer you on. You'll also get a workbook to accompany each session.

The course is run by me, Felicia Jones a BSc qualified Nutritionist and Stress Management Trainer (Dip) and you will gain:

*Comprehensive nutritional insights to create your ideal plan

*An understanding of what it means to have a healthy and well-balanced diet

*Opportunities to address key barriers and issues that have prevented you from succeeding in the past

*Tools and success structures to support you in achieving a sustained healthy happy weight

This will appeal to you if:

*You want to not only lose weight, but also be healthy

*You’ve tried to achieve a healthy weight on your own, but struggled to stay motivated

*You’ve tried many different ways to achieve a healthy weight, but were put off, got bored or were not able to sustain it

*You really want to dig in to what’s causing you to trip up and make changes to rectify this

*You recognise that this is a journey which will take time, require consistency and patience and your being kind to yourself

*You are willing to commit to the 10-week course (which includes 5 live sessions and 5-weeks of home-study)

*The group is intended to be one which enables everyone to feel safe, and to be able to participate and share in a supportive community environment.
