Healthy Lifestyle Training
Mytime Active are a social enterprise with a growing reputation for delivering quality services to the community. We provide FREE healthy lifestyle initiatives to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles to children, young people and adults.
Our holistic services are based on sound evidence, national guidance and good practice and are specifically bespoke for the needs of local communities, addressing many aspects of lifestyle behaviour and poor health. They are delivered by nutritionists, dietitians, physical activity specialists, all with expertise and a real desire to target and tackle health inequalities.
Our workforce training aims to ensure that front line staff are equipped with the knowledge and activities needed to pass onto the families and children they work with. Training will encourage staff to better identify people who are, or are at risk, of becoming overweight/obese and to enable them to provide effective first line advice and appropriate signposting.
