Understanding the Mental Health Continuum A clear, stigma reducing introduction to how mental health ranges from everyday stress to severe mental illness. Includes myth busting, real world examples, and simple ways to spot early signs. Starting Difficult Conversations - “Are You OK?” Learn how to approach sensitive conversations with confidence and compassion. This interactive session helps participants practise supportive, psychologically safe dialogue. CBT Activity & Introduction to Havening Techniques® A hands-on CBT exercise that explores the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Followed by a grounding introduction to Havening Techniques® for emotional regulation. Peer Support Explore how everyday peer support can reduce stigma, improve morale, and build a culture of care within teams. Wellbeing Pledge Create a personalised commitment to supporting wellbeing and contribute positively to workplace culture.
