Healthy Starts in Hartlepool
Join us in shaping a healthy future for Hartlepool's children. This workshop will bring together local partnerships, leaders and stakeholders to accelerate evidence-based joined-up action on early nutrition (from pre-pregnancy to 5 years old) and physical activity, since these are key building blocks of child health locally.
The work aligns with priorities of the Health and Wellbeing Board Strategy, Hartlepool Food Partnership and several local physical activity networks/partnerships, creating an environment that enables effective implementation of agreed action post-workshop and opportunities to showcase contributions/success.
System action workshop goal: By the end of the day, we will have agreed practical, coordinated actions to give every child in Hartlepool greater opportunity for good nutrition and an active, healthy life
