Hampshire Healthy Steps is a new service run by Barnardo’s and funded by Hampshire County Council. We offer group support in your local area for families with 2 to 12-year-olds.

How do I book my family onto the programme?

To book your family a space on the programme. Click “Get Tickets” on Eventbrite. You will then be asked to select the tickets for each session and then asked a few questions about who will attend so we can accommodate the most appropriate activities and resources. You only need to book 1 ticket for

Can I still come to the programme if I can’t come to all the sessions in the 6-week programme? 
Yes! Our programme is designed to be flexible and fit around you and your family! You can attend sessions in different areas or online to catch up on what you have missed.

Do I need to start the programme on week 1?

No! The programme is designed to be flexible. Families can start and end any session depending on when and where they can attend. We advise families to attend one of each session if possible.
